A unique school of flight dynamics and control systems engineers is at the core of our company. They acquired their vast expertise at the Flight Dynamics Department of TsAGI with a 40-year experience in aeronautical research where flight simulation technologies were developed at the beginning of the simulation era. CSTS Dinamika has accumulated these invaluable researchers and keep recruiting young specialists, graduates from the Moscow State University, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Moscow Aviation Institute, Bauman Technical University, Moscow Power Engineering Institute, and Moscow Institute of Aircraft Production Technologies. They all bring their engineering gift and energy, they are eager to learn the team spirit and acquire professional skills.

An important novelty in the personnel policy of the recent years has become a steady flow of AF cadremen. Retired from the air units and AF training centers, they’ve brought their vast experience and profound knowledge of aviation engineering. Their involvement has enabled a great many smart technical solutions. They have inspired new training concepts and introduced effective training methodology already approved, which are now realized in the design of our training devices.
